Hair Loss and Nutrition

Why all this loss of locks? Why all this youthful aging? It is not natural. While there are other causes of hair loss, the lack of proper hair nutrition has been found to lead to a condition called Nutrition Deficient Follicle (NDF) as well as cause stress of hair follicles, which can shorten the life and durability of hair.

To begin with, your hair is made of protein, so check your protein lesson and make sure your intake is adequate. Next, check on vitamins of the B complex, especially inositol, folic acid, para-aminobenzoic acid, and calcium pantothenate.
Lack of Vitamin B12, a condition commonly prevalent of any vegetarians, can also bring about hair loss. This is because plant-derived food does not contain this vitamin.
